We can produce straight bevel gears ranging in size from 25mm up to 200 mm in diameter and upto module 4.0. Bevel gears are commonly used in automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, machine tools as well as in simple hand tools such as drills and planers.
Spiral Bevel Gears are manufactured smaller in sizes and are just cut and hardened for applications like portable angle grinders, circuit breakers in switch gear application and many more. These are cut on Klingelnberg machines using cyclo-palloid method.
We can produce these bevel gears in small & medium batches only.
